Joseph Delia

Joe is one of Malta's most experienced HR Managers. His vast knowledge in relation to human resource organisation and his practical approach to a sometimes complex subject make him an invaluable asset for the company.

Joe graduated in Economics and practiced Human Resource Management, including Employee Relations, for over 30 years. He was also directly involved in General and Strategic Management both in the service and manufacturing industries.

At present he is the CEO of a manufacturing export-oriented Company that forms part of a multinational. He occupies posts on the Boards of both public and private entities and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).
