Stefan Frendo

As Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman of the company, Stefan is the foremost official within the company structure. As chairman of the company, Stefan is responsible for the overall supervision of the company's business.

Stefan graduated as a doctor of laws in April of 1984 and was admitted to the bar in May of 1984. Stefan's personal experience as an committee member of Malta's foremost student organisation and his experience of industrial relations litigation makes him an invaluable asset for the company.

Although Stefan began working as a sole practitioner in 1984, he joined one of Malta's leading law firms in 1985 and was appointed partner in 2000. Since his admission to the bar, Stefan has represented many of Malta's large employers in heavily contested industrial disputes and his insight into the practical and legal elements industrial relations are indispensable for the proper functioning of LAW - Malta.

Stefan is also a member of the Lex Mundi European Law Practice Group and the Maltese Representative for the Contract Law Network of the European Union.
