Law at Work is directed by a highly experienced Board whose skills combine to manage and develop the company's full potential. The Board includes:

Stefan Frendo - Chairman

As Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman of the company, Stefan is the foremost official within the company structure. As chairman of the company, Stefan is responsible for the overall supervision of the company's business.

Malcolm Mackay - Director

Malcolm has nearly 30 years experience at the leading edge of employment law in the UK, has been involved in many leading employment law cases, including cases argued at the House of Lords and the European Court of Justice.

Matthew Brincat - Operations Director

Matthew is an associate with one of Malta's leading law firms and he obtained a Masters in Labour Law from the LSE in 2002, an area he believes connects both the human and the corporate aspects of legislation. He has been heavily involved in the formation of the firm's labour law department and has gained valuable experience of Industrial Tribunal proceedings.
